This dog is on our "Call to Action" list because his handlers are limited to some our most skilled staff and volunteers, because at the shelter he is a young, smart, energetic boy who is just struggling to keep his energy under control. The stress of long-term confinement makes it difficult to keep him happy. He does well with handling and with other dogs, but as hard as we try, his enthusiasm and strength make it harder for most volunteers to handle him, which also means his opportunities for enrichment and social interaction are unfortunately restricted.

We would love to see him adopted, transferred, or even fostered to help give him a better quality of life where he can show off his best self!
