@vcanimalservices From Kevin, a shelter volunteer and friend of Ratchet: “Ratchet (A845522) is the most entertaining dog I know. He has a lot of energy, but give him some toys, a kiddie pool and room to run and he will take care of some of that on his own. He loves a good game of fetch, long walks and any bonding time he gets with his humans. But he is also a free spirited boy who won't require 24/7 attention. Love on him and he is more fun to watch than anything on your favorite streaming service.” Ventura County Animal Services is open to the public from 1 pm to 6 pm, Tuesday through Sunday.
