This resource page has been created to help you on your foster journey. Please watch and read all mandatory materials below, then request to join our private VCAS Foster Facebook page. This page is only open to VCAS team members including staff and volunteers. If you do not have Facebook, please create an account so you have access to this essential page. Please be sure to answer the mandatory questions when you request to join. Approval and access will be granted shortly. The Foster Facebook page is a wonderful support system for all foster parents!

Scheduling An Appointment
HIER KLICKEN to schedule a Kitten Foster Recheck appointment for vaccines, deworming, and/or flea control.

Spay/Neuter Appointments – Please call, email, or text the Foster Coordinator when your kittens are of weight (1.5 pounds), so we can provide you with surgery instructions.

Although this video is geared toward finding homes for dogs in a shelter setting, the information is spot on! Use the AdoptMeApp to upload photos of your foster dog. When your dog’s profile becomes active on the VCAS website, all of the photos you’ve taken will be waiting in their diary!
