VCAS conducts all fundraising and donor-related activities through our 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation, Animal Services Foundation of Ventura County (77-0504872). - Sew Cat Privacy Curtains for our cats and kittens. These curtains reduce stress which helps our cats stay healthy and happy.
The purchase of each plate helps fund free or low-cost spay or neuter services which helps reduce the overpopulation of cats and dogs.
