To help ensure ample kennel space is available for urgent and critical cases, our Pet Retention Coordinator may need to schedule your pets' surrender.  Our waitlist operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to the most critical situations. <p>\r\n\r\nIf you are the legal owner of your pet and you were unsuccessful in securing an alternative placement for your pet (i.e. with family, friends, coworker, etc.) and find yourself in a situation where surrendering your pet to our shelter is the last and only option, please complete the surrender request form below.  Your submission will be promptly acknowledged with a confirmation email signifying your pets' addition to our waitlist.
